Previously, Mumbai University goofs up TYBA repeaters exam results, to amend mark sheets of 4,000 students. The results of the students who had given the repeaters exam was out in October 2019 and was even pointed out by one of the students.
According to university's controller of examinations Deepak Wasave, the error took place when the results were being fed into the computer. All six subjects of third year Arts fixed number of credits which four except the sixth and optional subjects which can be 3.5 or four based on the what the student chooses. But all students were given credits out of 4 leading to the error in the overall cumulative grade point average (CGPA).
